One dispute over the chromite mine in the Mohmand area, Pakistan, was solved under alternate dispute resolution (ADR). This dispute continued for 15 years.

The two parties, Haji Mir Rehman and Ghafoor, were in dispute over the proprietary rights of the chromite mine in the Shati Mina area of Tehsil Ambar of Lower Ehaka Gawand.

In order to solve this problem, assistant commissioners Lower Mohamand and Saddam Hussain Memon set up a commission of conciliation in accordance with the law. Its member included Haji Sahib Khan, Haji Rafi Ullah, and Malik Abdul Majeed. It took three months for negotiation. In the end, it was solved peacefully.
