Car sales picks up by 8pct in February in EU 28

During February, within the EU 28 countries, 861,058 cars (+8%) have been registered against same month of 2013.
During the first 2 months of 2014 the new registrations have been 1,796,787 (+6.6%).
February has been the sixth consecutive month of registration increase.
