According to the statistics of China Customs, China's ferronickel import volume in December 2022 was 620,000 tons, with a month-on-month increase of 3.8%, a year-on-year increase was 84.5%. Among them, China imported 547,000 tons of ferronickel from Indonesia in December, with a month-on-month increase of 0.7%, a year-on-year increase was 86.1%.
From January to December 2022, China's ferronickel imports totaled 5.896 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 58.3%. Among them, the quantity of ferronickel imported from Indonesia was 5.39 million tons, with a year-on-year increase of 71.6%.
