Samchrome has announced the European high-carbon ferrochrome benchmark price for Q2 2026 at 161 cents per pound of chromium. This represents a quarter-on-quarter increase of 6 cents per pound of chromium (up 3.87%) compared with Q1 2026 (155 cents per pound of chromium), and a year-on-year increase of 21 cents per pound of chromium (up 15.0%) compared with Q2 2025 (140 cents per pound of chromium).
