The transaction price of 40-42% chrome ore fine futures in South Africa was 300-305 dollars/ton, and the transaction price of 42-44% chrome fine futures in South Africa was 325-335 dollars/ton. Power rationing in South Africa remained normal, and local chrome ore mining and screening, ferrochrome production and inland railway transportation were blocked, resulting in a tense supply of chrome ore and ferrochrome in South Africa. Supported by the inquiry of ferrochrome plants, the quotation of overseas mines is high, and it is expected that the current futures price will maintain stable operation.
