MOTHER VESSEL/MV CAPACITY: 50.000 - 55.000 MT.
PANAMAX VESSEL CAPACITY: MIN 60.000 MT

a. OUR FOB & CFR KALIMANTAN/INDONESIA PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE, LOWER THAN THE ARGUS PUBLISHED INDONESIAN COAL FOB PRICE INDEX
b. Our Minimum Contract is 12 Months / 1 Year.
c. Payment is by USANCE LC or SBLC, Min 4-6 Months DIRECT to the Indonesia Mining Company.
d. Production Capacity Min 100.000 MT / Month (POS 1 to 5)
e. Production Capacity Min 50.000MT / Month (POS 6 & 7).
f. WE DO NOT SELL COAL IN CONTAINER LOADS
g. DIRECT Contract/Deal with the Coal Seller/Owner of Indonesian Coal Mining Company in Indonesia and End Buyer.
h. WE DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN ANY COAL TENDERS ETC.

Please answer ALL POINTS RE: Our Standard Procedure to END BUYERS/THIRD PARTY as follows:
STEP 1 (BEFORE FCO ON SELLER’S LETTERHEAD IS ISSUED)
We need the following information from you:
A) We need you to provide us with ALL the information BEFORE we quote you our FOB OR CFR Price:
1. Your Specification of Coal Calorie viz Total Moisture (ARB), Inherent Moisture (ADB), Volatile Matter/VM, Sulphur Content (ADB), Ash Content (ARB), Fixed Carbon, CSN/Crucible, Size, Swelling Number, HGI, GCV, NCV, GAR etc.
2. QUANTITY: What is your MOQ per Month and MINIMUM CONTRACT OF ONE YEAR (as mentioned above).
3. END BUYER’s and Third Party’s Contact Details
4. Country & Seaport of Destination
5. Our Payment Terms: Payment is by USANCE LC or SBLC, Min 4-6 Months direct to the Coal Seller and also your Banker’s Name. NO 2% PB
6. PRICE: WE ONLY QUOTE FOB OR CFR KALIMANTAN/INDONESIA. WE DO NOT QUOTE CIF PRICE. INSURANCE WILL BE ARRANGED BY THE END BUYER.
7. Platform Price, Your End Buyer’s Budget/Target Price so that we can match or even quote lower price..
8. Delivery Time (Seller will provide)
9. END BUYER’s LOI must be on Letter Head / Company Logo.
10. We DO COVER Third Party commission (only on a case by case basis).depending on Type of Coal/Calorie, the required Monthly /Yearly quantities and this is subject to approval by Coal Seller’s/Our HQ’s reconfirmation. Commission is MAX. USD 2.00/MT to be shared with parties involved subject to Indonesian Gov’t Tax of 15%.
STEP 2 (FCO ON SELLER’S LETTERHEAD WILL BE ISSUED TO END BUYER UPON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR PRICE)
1. SELLER will then quote OUR FOB Kalimantan/Indonesia MV Price OR CFR Price based on listed items in STEP 2 above)
