Indian silicomanganese prices fell slightly

In key areas such as Durgarpur, Laipur and Vizagh, Indian silicomanganese prices fell 600 rupees per ton ($7 per ton) to 71,200 to 71,600 rupees per ton ($834-839 per ton). Fluctuations in domestic steel prices in India have resulted in a slowdown in the silicomanganese market due to weakening demand in the steel industry. Meanwhile, the price of silicomanganese 6516 fell $2 month on month to $938 per ton FOB Visakapatnam Port and Holdia Port in India.
