In July 2025, Turkey's total export volume of chromite ore amounted to 85,300 metric tons, marking an 11.7% month-on-month (MoM) increase and a 37.3% year-on-year (YoY) decrease. Among this total, the volume of chromite ore exported to China was 73,700 metric tons, with a 5.9% MoM increase and a 31% YoY decrease.
From January to July 2025, Turkey's cumulative total export volume of chromite ore reached 563,600 metric tons, a 35.4% YoY decrease. Of this cumulative volume, the quantity exported to China stood at 398,900 metric tons, representing a 42.7% YoY decrease.
