Pb: Lead ore 20%min (If below 20%, the buyer has the right to reject cargo or negotiate new price)

Trial order: 500 wmt +/- 10%.
Quantity: 500 to 5,000 wmt per month, +/- 10% in Seller's option

Price shall be calculated according to the grade of the Lead ore. LME factor will be calculated according to the table below.

CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY:
At loading port the Seller shall, at Seller's expense, appoint Mitra SK as an independent inspection company to take samples and conduct analysis of the material shipped and determine the specifications stipulated.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Secured by 100% Irrevocable and Transferable Letter of Credit at sight and issued by First Class Bank in favor of Seller (EuroAmerican .) per each chipment.
